Who we are

France Stickers is an independent assistance service that submits Crit'Air vignette applications to the French government on behalf of customers. We are not affiliated with the French Government or any official body.

What data we collect

• Name and email address (for order confirmation and support)
• Vehicle registration number (to complete your application)
• Delivery address (to verify against your registration document)
• Vehicle registration document image (V5C or equivalent)
• Payment information (processed by Stripe — we never see your full card number)

How we use your data

Your data is used exclusively to submit your Crit'Air application to certificat-air.gouv.fr and to send you an order confirmation. We do not use it for marketing or share it with any third party other than the French government's certificate system.

Document retention

Your vehicle registration document image is stored in encrypted cloud storage (Cloudflare R2) and is permanently and automatically deleted within 24 hours of your application being submitted. No manual action is required.

Payment data

All payment processing is handled by Stripe. We receive only a payment confirmation and the last four digits of your card. Full card data never touches our servers.

Your rights (UK GDPR)

You have the right to:

• Request a copy of data we hold about you
• Request deletion of your data
• Withdraw consent at any time before your application is submitted

Cookies

We use no tracking or advertising cookies. We use a single session cookie to maintain your wizard progress. No third-party analytics are used.
